Description | The 3rd Uttarakhand Janjatiya Khel Mahotsav (State Tribal Sports Festival) 2025 was held from November 22 to 24, 2025, at Athletics Ground, Maharana Pratap Stadium, Raipur, Dehradun. Organized by the Tribal Research Institute (TRI) Uttarakhand, this grand sports festival aims to empower tribal school students by promoting excellence in sports. The event featured three days of competitions, sportsmanship, and celebration of talent and was inaugurated by MLA Raipur Shri Umesh Sharma Kau.

Description | On this occasion, CM Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami paid his tributes to Bhagwan Birsa Munda and other tribal freedom fighters who laid their lives for the nation. He congratulated the Tribal Welfare Department for organizing the festival and welcomed the tribal artists and artisans.

The event was also graced by the presence of Shri Naresh Bansal (MP Rajya Sabha), Shri Ganesh Joshi (Minister of Agriculture), Smt. Leelawati Rana (Chairman ST Commission), Shri Khajan Dass, Shri Munna Singh Chauhan, Smt. Savita Kapoor, Smt. Parvati Chandan Ram Dass and other esteemed guests.

The Aadi Gaurav Mahotsav featured exhibition-cum-sale of tribal handicrafts, art, paintings, fabric, jewellery and organic products prepared by tribal communities of Uttarakhand.
